VAMDAM Technologies Inc. has an opening for the position of ERP Functional Analyst (Ref# ERP927KV) to work in Allen, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Duties: Responsible for supporting ERP implementation and administration activities using PeopleSoft technologies. Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex ERP projects. Assist in business development efforts on existing or new projects by providing customer scoping, demonstrations, and requirements gathering. Provide Oracle application and database support for PeopleSoft architecture, including web application and database batch servers. Conduct PeopleSoft architecture, installations, implementation, configurations, administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support. Design complex and highly available architecture for PeopleSoft modules. Provide application performance tuning and indexing for performance. Troubleshoot and resolve Integration Broker issues and environment configuration issues. Stand-up new PeopleSoft environments as needed. Maintain and apply updates and rolling patches for Tuxedo and WebLogic middleware. Assist with project migrations and execution of Data Mover scripts. Provide all related documentation including configurations, run books, schedules, Cron jobs, and any third-party applications. Design ERP architecture on cloud. Observe industry standards for Oracle implementation and best practices. Provide backup and recovery support. Recommend solutions including integration and/or extensions to Oracle products. Advise customers on process direction and decisions and contribute to resolution of customer issues. Develop and provide input toward project deliverables as assigned by project management. Use of PeopleSoft applications, PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Application Designer, Application Engine, Oracle Tuxedo, WebLogic, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and UNIX. Travel and/or relocation required.

Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Business, CIS, MIS, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, Database Administrator, or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. A combination of foreign post-secondary education determined to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Position requires 1 year of experience with PeopleSoft architecture & implementation, PeopleSoft performance tuning, PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Tuxedo, WebLogic, and Oracle. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
